Please encourage your kids to always put the safety bar down when they are riding the lifts not only at Gore but everywhere they ski. So far this ski season, 2 racers have been gravely injured and lost their lives due to lift riding accidents. (One in California and one in Massachusetts.) The coaches do everything we can to assure that kids are riding lifts safely however, support from the parents in this area will make a big difference.
